2. Tender Coconut Water
Tender coconut water has cooling power. The electrolyte in the coconut makes the body rehydrate and increases the energy level through its nutrients.
Drinking tender coconut water in the morning or afternoon daily is good for health. Avoid drinking tender coconut water late at night.
3. Fresh Lemon Juice
Vitamin C in lemon juice helps to refresh the body and energize and cool your body.
Fresh lemon juice (using half lemon) with honey and a pinch of salt will do the trick. Mix it with water and take it three times a day for better results.
